Makayla's Protein Shake

6 Tablespoons 100% Whey Protein - Vanilla - Cytosport
1 cup Frozen Fruit (Whatever you like, I use Wowona Festival Blend)
1 1/2-2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk

That's it! Throw it all in a blender and add Almond milk until it's the right consistency and you have yourself a delicious smoothie~ I love this brand of protein powder (it tastes good, not too powdery) but honestly you can switch it out and go with whatever the serving size is. This makes about .75 liters and comes out to somewhere around 260 calories with 30 grams of protein :3
