Breakfast Muffins Empty Breakfast Muffins

2 cans of not giant biscuits
1 Tube of breakfast sausage
18 eggs
1 package bacon (optional)
3 Cups shredded cheddar


Prep muffin pans, spray them liberally with PAM or grease them until your fingers fall off. If you don't you'll have to throw them away. Then fry your breakfast sausage and bacon. Give the bacon a rough chop. Push the biscuits into the bottom of the muffin slots, then fill with about a table spoon and a half of sausage and bacon. After this, scramble eggs and fill each muffin cup to the top with egg. Try not to let them overflow. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Keep an eye on them. Sprinkle with cheese for the last five minutes of baking.
